Training Manual and Lesson Plans
The Company Training Manual is a work in progress. There are three major sections to the manual - General Training Guidance which details how and what training must be carried out, a second section for Ground Lesson Plans and a third for Air Lesson Plans. The lesson plans are designed to be used in conjunction with the training schedule. Also, each Ground Lesson Plan has a Powerpoint package for use during ground school; however, they are not included in this package.
